Quality management mainly consists of three aspects: quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control.
In quality planning, we closely integrate quality planning with project scope and prioritize tasks based on functionality.
For quality assurance, during the development phase in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), after each part of the coding work is completed, developers need to perform testing (initial debugging). This ensures the correctness of the code. Testing after each functionality is completed helps identify issues related to functionality and aesthetics.
Regarding quality control, before project implementation, we conduct resource analysis and control, ensuring that team members responsible for the project have a clear understanding of their respective roles. During project implementation, quality control is carried out through review and approval of meeting reports after each stage. Post-project control is handled through documentation stages by our team.
